OVERVIEW:
Supports driving operational efficiency and enabling sales growth through procurement fundamentals, tools and processes. This role collaborates cross-functionally with Store Support, the Field, and various Home Office departments to support our franchise partners around the globe. This includes tracking shipments for partners, creating reporting on orders and inventory levels, and focusing on solutions that create operational efficiencies and minimize risks and costs for our global partners. Understanding that pace, energy and speed are an asset, solutions and day-to-day support should be customer-focused and team-oriented.

RESPONSIBLITIES:
  • Serve as subject matter expert with a broad and detailed knowledge of procurement procedures, ordering system and logistics fundamentals
  • Support the partner orders for all non-merchandise elements in our partner stores
  • Maintain a clear focus on timelines of inbound and outbound orders to ensure items arrive on time and there is no risk to new store openings or floorset launches
  • Collaborate with manager and cross functional partners in store operations and central procurement to gain alignment on strategies that support new business concepts or initiatives
  • Manage core non-merchandise inventory levels and forecasting seasonal demand with central procurement
  • Review all shipment shipping documentation for accuracy, raise any concerns or errors with urgency

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Knowledge of procurement and logistics
  • Excellent organization, written/verbal communication and decision-making skills
  • Experience with sharing a point of view and working with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to analyze situations and resolve issues with innovation, speed and creativity
  • Ability to multi-task, deliver under tight timelines and demonstrate excellent time management
  • Retail background, store selling/operations experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office and Outlook
  • Previous experience working with franchise partners or third party vendors a plus, but not required
EDUCATION:
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A. / B.S.) from a four-year college or university; or minimum of 1-3 years equivalent work experience
